Founders Scott Heath and Ellen Cavalli produce small-batch, vintage-dated ciders using wild yeasts and traditional low and slow fermentation methods. Visitors to the Windsor tasting room can explore a diverse menu featuring rare single-varietal ciders, experimental coferments, and refreshing shrub spritzes. It is an authentic farm-to-glass experience that celebrates the true terroir of local Sebastopol apples.

"There aren't many cider houses around, so we stopped by here to take a quick break from wine country. Dave was incredibly friendly and walked us through a bunch of different ciders to try. The whole place has a great, mellow vibe that's perfect for just relaxing, and they have nice seating options both inside and outdoors. Stop by to support a family business."
